Salmon Trip Information

Coho season opens mid June for hatchery Coho and remains open until the quota is reached, but we will start targeting Coho around 4th of July weekend.

The ocean Coho salmon fishery is one of our favorites; fish are usually close to the surface and the action can be really fast-paced once we get into them.  Coho are acrobatic fighters and make excellent table fare.  Coho fishing trips are great for families – often there’s lots of action and even young kids can reel them in.
